paying bill from abroad

Dear AT&T, i am a foreign customer and evry month i stumble on problems paying my bill or logging into my account. First, AT&T has confirmed that there are firewall problems to be solved so that i can always properly log in to my account from abroad. This was nearly a year ago. At the moment i cannot login to my account, again. Another way to pay is not possible, via phone is not possible because that does not work when one is not in the US. I could call an operator and fix it, this will take over an hour by experience, but then i will not get an invoice for the bill nor can i check the costs, this is a business account. Once again i'm asking, no begging, AT&T, please help me in paying my bill! After all, i just want to pay my bill. Please note that this is something that happens nearly every month when it's time payiong the bill. So please sort it out, this has been going on for nearly 1 whole year.
