PAST DUE BILLING ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT
We keep getting billed for a closed account. Today, we received a notice via email that the account is $58.00 past due leaving a current balance of $76.00. We called wireless customer service and they could not find an account. We tried to login so we could chat and can no longer log into the account. What are supposed to do as the phone number has been ported to a different carrier.

Pay the bill. Are you asking how to pay without account access or are you questioning the bill? If the latter, it’s probably your final bill. In any event, if you don’t believe the bill is right and phone calls aren’t getting results, you can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.

We do not owe any money. We paid our final bill. Fortunately, I have the email for the corporate office. I just did not want to have to deal with them too.

You can’t post your email address, it’s against forum rules. You should see the message icon at the top right to the left of the bell icon. It’s possible you won’t see the icon until ATTHelp actually sends a message to you.

@Constructive Thanks for the spam alert. Looks like someone else removed it but I know in the past that you suggested your posts like this should also be removed so as not to cause confusion. We wouldn't want @sandblaster to be labeled a spammer so I'm nuking your post. 😁
