National Account Discount

What is the qualifying criteria for this discount?  Also why does my National Account Discount vary from one billing cycle to another?

Great question @JFBush!

Getting a discount on any bill is always a good thing, so it’ll be my pleasure to help get this resolved for you.

In order to qualify for this discount on your bill, the account owner must be an active employee with a company which participates in our discount program.  This employee can take proof of employment to a AT&T Company store so the representative can research to see exactly what percentage of a discount you’re eligible for.

Once this is determined, it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles to be applied to your bill.  The discount is based upon qualifying charges on your bill meaning if there may have been any changes made to the account, prorated charges, or overages.  This can possibly change how the percentage of discount affects your bill.  This helpful link has some information on our discount program.

I hope this all helps

It's not a fixed percentage of the plan cost?

Have you changed your plan?
