Medical Discount
Need to get discount on account but the email won’t work. Not sure if it’s the secure system I have to use to get the email. Click link it says close page it has timed out. Then login through the att site. But no option for medical discount.

We definitely offer discounts through your company through our Signature Discount Program. In order for your email to apply the discount you will need to be the account owner as well as not having an Unlimited plan.
Although, you might qualify for a First Responders Appreciation Offer which can be applied to certain Unlimited plans.
Depending on the type of service you are providing we also have FirstNet account setups which include a special plan type for first responders & emergency medical professionals.
