I want my money back for my iPhone pro max 13 that I traded in!
AT&T U highway robbers! I traded in my iPhone Pro Max 13 with the value of $850. I only had your services for less than 6 months because of the poor connectivity issues and the outages that you had. By the way, I never received a credit for either. Looking back to my paperwork if I leave your services before 36 months the most you can steal from me for my trade in phone is $650. I woke up to an almost negative Checking account balance because you took $947.16 out of my checking account all at one time, How audacious! You guys are terrible. I will never, ever have your services again and I tell everybody about what happened, please refund me!!

You have 14 days to return a phone and owe nothing for it. You have 30 days to send in a trade, so you should have realized you had poor connectivity and left AT&T before you traded in the old phone.
The $850 is applied in equal credits over the 36 months, at about $23/month. Assuming you had a qualifying plan, you should have received 6 credits of ~$23, for a total of about 141. I have no idea where you got $650 or what "paperwork" you are looking at.
When you leave AT&T, the remaining installment payments on the phone come due and you lose any future trade in credits. That is something you need to take into consideration before leaving AT&T.
If you switched to T-Mobile or Verizon postpaid service, their promotions work the same, except T-Mobile does 24-month installments.

But still highway robbery. Because my phone was completely paid off. Perfect working condition, pristine esthetic condition. And you stole it from me and made me pay for it again. You (Edited per community guidelines)!

I didn't do anything. You can see from my posts I am not an employee or representative of AT&T. I was merely explaining the repercussions of your choice to leave and how you could have mitigated the damage.

You chose to not meet the requirements of the promotion when you canceled service before the agreed upon tiime. This was no one’s fault but yours.

Look at it this way. My phone was completely paid off That I traded in. The phone they gave me I only had about a $250 balance left on after my trade in was applied. Where's my other $650 that they just got free and clear... it is insanity!

So in the meantime, I guess I will just play phone tag with Dan The man from the ATT office of the President, ha ha ha. To never, ever get my money back.
