How do you cancel a scheduled payment from the website?

Hi there! @morgan38 to cancel a scheduled payment please follow the steps listed here:

1. Select myAT&T at the top of the page.
2. Select Make a Payment.
3. Select one of the following:
• Payment Arrangement of for
• You have multiple pending payments
• Scheduled Payment of for
4. Select Delete next to the payment you want to cancel.
5. Select OK to confirm cancelation of the scheduled payment. Confirmation is automatically sent; no further action is needed.

You can manage your account using the myAT&T app¹ or from our mobile site (m.att.com/myatt). Get the myAT&T app (att.com/myattapp).
