Hotspot speeds still very slow

I used up the rest of my hotspot some time last week but was surprised once I learned that AT&T would be adding more data to unlimited plans with hotspot. I figured that I would be receiving the extra data today, but my speeds are still far under the 128kb per second cap being more like 20kb per second. Normally my hotspot would be reset tomorrow and I wouldn’t worry, but I really need to get online today. Anyone else having this issue?
