covid10 late fee waivers & non-cancelations

Do I need to do anything to have late fees waived or not have my cell phones disconnected due to not being able to pay our bill due to covid crisis?

Do you need documentation due to my husband being out of work or will the late fee waivers & non-disconnect automatically go into effect?

Thank you.

No, you don’t need to do anything. The waiving of late fees and pledge to not suspend service are automatic.

Is this still the case regarding ATT waiving late fees/suspension of services? I know it’s 9mos later but the world is still in shambles (especially in Los Angeles, where I live) and we’re all outta work.

@GabbaGhoul This ended months ago. You can make payments arrangements by logging in to your account online, late fees/disconnect fees will apply.
