Canceling a payment when you can‘t sign into your AT&T account
Hello,
I‘ve been having problems trying to cancel my AT&T Prepaid. Recently I had to leave the US very abruptly because of Covid-19 and now in Germany AT&T can‘t contact my Wireless number that I had in the US anymore. Because I don‘t know my password I cannot sign in and because of the issue I just explained I can‘t ask for another password. Calling AT&T from Germany has cost me a lot of money and brought me nowhere, so now I am trying this. I want to cancel my payment because I don’t need the Prepaid or the SIM card anymore, but I haven‘t figured out how.

Account access is purposely blocked from most locations abroad. It wouldn’t matter if you knew or could reset your pin. Your only options to stop autopay from abroad are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive.
