Business Unlimited Performance Billing Amount Increased in April Bill
Hi everyone,
We have most of our lines with the old unlimited plans - Business Unlimited Performance, but somehow the plan per line price increased by $5 a line without any notice since last month... Not sure what was going on... If this is an overall upgrade from the old plan to the new plan, we should have some additional features that are available in the new plan. Did anyone experience the same that your old plan per line price suddenly increases? Thanks.

This is the consumer forum, there is a wireless business forum.
Are you sure it was this month and not way back in October? The auto pay & paperless billing discount requires debit card or checking or the discount for auto-pay and paperless billing is cut in half.
Compare to previous bills and see if that's what the difference is.

* AUTOPAY AND PAPERLESS BILL DISCOUNT: Effective 10/2/23, $10/mo. per phone line discount requires an active account enrolled in both Paperless Billing and AutoPay with debit card or bank account. Discount reduced to $5/mo. per phone line when customer is enrolled in Paperless Billing and Autopay with credit card.

All price increases are announced on the bill in advance.
If you think one of the newer plans is a better value for you, you should switch.

Others noticed in October 2023.
Notice about the change in auto pay & paperless billing discount went out in July of 2023 and was on the bill in September, to be effective in October.
