There is nothing like that available. Payment arrangements must be made before the due date.

Yep as lockdown wrote, late payment arrangements have to be made in your online account in the billing section, not by calling AT&T, before your payment is late. You are now subject to suspension at any time. After suspension the only way to restore services to pay all amounts due to a zero balance.
