I want to move my funds to my bank account How do i do this?

You don't. AT&T is not a bank.
Have no idea what you are requesting.
If you have a prepaid balance ( you didn't post in prepaid, so??)
Funds deposited in prepaid are not refunded and must be used to pay for service.
