AT&T nor Apple have given me the promo credits that was mentioned.
When I purchased my iPhone 13 pro max, the advertised promo was that you trade in a eligible device (11 pro max in my case) and receive up to $1,000 in credit towards the new phone. The credits were supposed to be applied after 3 billing cycles, it’s been way longer than 3 billing cycles, I purchased the phone in September last year. Phone was successfully traded in to apple and I received the $500 from apple but AT&T has left me dry with no credit, what gives?

Greetings, Casinomoney! Congratulations on your new iPhone 13 Pro Max purchase! Allow us to share how Trade-in offers are applied.
AT&T offers aren't stackable with Apple offers. As our ACEs mentioned, you'll receive only one of the promotion deals. We recommend contacting Apple Support and request further clarification about their Apple program. We advise this recommendation because your offer was applied through Apple. We hope this information helps!
Thank you for connecting with the AT&T Community!

You don’t get trade in credit from Apple and ATT, it’s one or the other. To get the $1000 credit, you trade it in to ATT, not Apple. You apparently traded it in to Apple and did not trade in to ATT.

Are you on an installment plan? The way you worded it sounds like you paid in full so had to wait for the Apple refund. If you are on installments, do you have a current unlimited plan?

@MicCheck I'm sorry for wording it that way. Yes, I signed up for an installment plan to get this deal. I am also on the AT&T Unlimited Elite Plan.

Once again, to get the $1000 credit you must trade it in to ATT. If Apple gave you a $500 credit, that means you sent it to Apple, not ATT. Apple has their own trade in program separate from this ATT promotion. Sorry to say, you apparently sent your phone to the wrong trade in program.

What’s not stated? That you need to trade it in to ATT? Seems to me that would be obvious. Once again, Apple has their own trade in program which is totally separate from this trade in promotion.

Ok, I can’t explain that. I only know Apple has their own trade in program so your trade in must have been applied to Apple’s program, not the ATT promotion. There is no way you would get $500 from Apple and $1000 credit from ATT. It’s one or the other.
