AT&T bill over $350 a month-horrible customer service
I’ve been with AT&T for over 15 years. My bill has reached over $350 for four lines including the next phone payoff program. After dozens of calls over the years and endless hours on the phone/ chat I’ve reached my limit. No agent or rep has ever helped me, they all keep lying to me about what I would be paying initially. I’ve called back dozens of times asking for someone to help me lower my monthly bill, only for me to be hung up on and kept on hold until I hang up. This type of behavior is extremely disrespectful and rude.
