Wireless Security Passcode

Question

I need help with my Wireless Security Passcode. I’m a new customer and that information is needed to access my account in stores and for insurance claim. They say they don’t give out number for 30 days. This is inconvenient because I need a replacement and my new phone is shattered into pieces via my son running around being a kid doin what kids do lol gotta love him

Yes I need Passcode but when I called it was explained to me that I can’t have one for 30 days. I’ve tried resetting passcode with a temporary pin being sent to me and none of the pins were accepted to create new passcode. It was recommended that I go into the store but I don’t own a vehicle and att is far away from me just to go into the store with no guarantees of being able to be helped. Thanks for responding
