when can I get back my deactive number
Unfortunately, ATT did the wrong way to deactive my wireless number. I would like to know when my number is recycled? I am really need this number.

There isn't any "wrong way", deactivation is the same as canceling. Canceling a number is permanent.
Explain what you mean by 'deactivate' , and why you think it was done wrong?
You won't be able to get that information, and you can't get it back. Canceled/deactivated numbers go back into the pool, you cannot select a number even if you had the number before.

The number went back in the pool as soon as you canceled. It may have been reassigned to someone new the same day, randomly. Or still in the pool. And if it was previously assigned through a different provider, it has gone back to that provider and AT&T doesn't have access to it at all.
You cannot get the number back even if it's still available.
You cannot choose a number.
