What's the purpose of AT&T' s loyalty department?
I needed help with my issue and the agent transferred me to the loyalty department, she said that they are the top of the top to solve most issues. When I talked to the lady from loyalty, she was super rude, very aggressive, she was argumentative, she treated me as if I wasn't understanding what she was saying, she was plain aggressive. I then lost my cool and when I confronted her she immediately said she was going to put a red flag on my account that's says "this customer is aggressive towards agents" and that she was going to mess up my account, and that she was going to close the pending case I had regarding my issue.
