Using loads of data but always on WiFi??

I have an iPhone 13PM and find myself going through tons of cellular data each month. I’m up to 53 GB already this period, but my issue is that I’m home connected to my WiFi maybe 23 hours out of every single day! In all fairness, I do stream a lot, use a VPN often and am working on the web maybe 13 hours a day solid. Could that be it or some other reason I can fix? Please leave your thoughts and thanks in advance.
