Trade in Phone

I purchased an Iphone14 Pro in December. Returned my Iphone 12 on January 10.

I traded up because I was assured it would be a straight across trade.

I had a huge bill of $320.86, normally $137.83 in Feb. Which I paid. The new bill is for $146.48, still not seeing a credit for the trade  in.

I have called numerous times, am assured it was taken care of, but it's not! Today. I called again, ask to speak to a supervisor. A young man

assured me he would look into it. After being on hold for 30 minutes, northing!

I have taken my account off auto pay, and will not be paying this bill until this matter is resolved.

And, if it's not soon, I will be changing carriers. We have had a business account since 2004, but in the last year, customer service is awful. Nothing gets

taken care of!

Trade-in credits are not applied for the first 3 billing cycles. How many bills have you received since the trade in was received? Taking the account off autopay isn't going to change the bill, but it will void the autopay/paperless discount.

I have ask to speak to a supervisor 3 times, I get put on hold and no one returns to the line.

I have also been told 2 months! It has been 2 months. This bill will not be paid until they can explain the huge bill in Feb.

If you were told 2 months, you were misinformed. 

The bill is very detailed, so the explanation should be pretty clear. Other than the installment payment, are there any other unexpected charges?

Those charges are for the phone insurance. It's two line items but they're a package deal.
