Switch back and forth between data plans?

Can you switch back and forth between data plans with no penalty? I'm on the 10GB plan with 4 lines. So I was wondering if I could downgrade to the 3GB plan, then if I go above 3GB for the month, immediately upgrade to the 10GB, then go back down to 3GB for the next month, and do that over and over. Hope my question made sense.

You can switch data plans, but only at the current data price at the time of the switch. It's a much better than going over and getting charged for overage. Overage data doesn't rollover, but purchased data does.

Note: If you are getting a $25 per line discount, you would lose $10 per line if you drop below 7 gb plan.

When you switch plans, you may lose the rollover much like you did with rollover minutes when you changed minute plans.

Speaking from experience, yes you do lose any rollover you have.
