As I said, this is a customer based forum, not a way to reach customer service. You posted your personal information on a public website for all the scammers in the world to see.

Maybe if you're posting in the TV forum someone might have an answer. Maybe if you were posting in a forum that was not strictly customer populated you might have an answer.
But instead you posted to a customer populated community forum for cell phones...
Also AT&T does not own DirecTV anymore. They have a minor 30% interest. DirecTV was sold like 2 years ago.
