Next plans
I have the unlimited data plan and I was wondering if I get a new phone through a Next plan, will I lose my original data plan. I do not want any changes to my plan. I just need a new phone. Can you please tell me my options?

Getting a new phone on the NEXT plan will not affect your current plan. You can still keep your plan.
Just to make sure, after you get your new phone, check your plan online. If they happen remove your unlimited data, you only have 90 days to get it returned to your account or it will be lost forever.
