Greetings @etp7,

We'd like to try to assist you in regards to your devices not showing onto your AT&T account.

  • When did you purchased those devices?
  • Are you a new customer or have already been a customer?

@ATTHelp

Also have chatted with tech and supposedly they have inserted my IMEI numbers. So it must be a system issue at ATT. I do not mind waiting I just like seeing my exact devices when I check data usage.

Hey there @etp7,

Thanks for letting us know that you chatted with tech support. We'd recommend you checking back with them to see if you can check the data usage on your devices.

Let us know if you're still having trouble with doing so.

So long story with a short ending.

Hurry up and wait GI! LOL

Upon further checking and as I have coordinated with my supervisor regarding this, we have found out that this is a known issue at this time since iPhone SE xxxx has just been released. ATT is still on the process of calibrating all SE phones in the system. But rest assured that once it has reached xx days, it will already be eligible for unlock. And no worries, I assure you that this will be documented and ATT will work on it as soon as possible.
