My plan

So our phone got shut off cause I got paid a day after it was due. So my boyfriend that is on my plan tried to pay car insurance and it went to att instead so he paid att 180. But our phones still disnt get turned on, I guess cause our plan is under my number. So then I paid 105 and then they were turned on. So he called and was told there is nothing that can be done about it. Well at least the money should be credited to my account. When I check online it not on my account, plus after he paid our phone still disnt get turned on. Why if he is on the account cant he pay? Please help us get the money on our account, that's like 2 months pay. Thanks
