Locating AT&T corporate store only!!!!

This is just getting absurd. 45 minutes on Google and I still can’t find the locations of corporate stores only nearest me!!!

Searching on this forum I’m reading ridiculous answers that are telling people there’s no difference and there absolutely is. I’m not going to get into why but I have specifically been told by Att customer service that it HAS to be a corporate store location. Yet? The store locator doesn’t differentiate between the two???

That is just so ridiculous I don’t even know where to start. Can somebody tell me if the Att store located in Akron / Fairlawn  is a corporate location and if not, the nearest to 44286

To make it absolutely worse as if that’s possible, I finally gave up and called AT&T customer service. Do you know what? After 10 minutes on the freaking phone she couldn’t figure it out either!!!!!!!

How ridiculously absurd can this possibly be?!!! DUMB DUMB DUMB

Thanks for going the extra mile to provide information I requested only by implication. I still think ATT would find its customer service ratings improved if the distinction between authorized dealer and company store were easier to find. I learned the difference by trial and error; how nice and timesaving it would have been to know before I drove 45 minutes one way to an authorized retailer who lacked the skills to solve my technical issue.

Retail stores are NOT there to provide tech support.  They are there to sell the product and equipment.  You can call 611 and ask for tech support, or contact the manufacturer of your device.  Many manufacturers void the warranty if anyone else fiddles with their devices (especially Apple)

Took you two minutes to write in with a marker that it’s a corporate store when that’s not notated anywhere on the screen???

You know the more I look at your post bragging the more I realize how ridiculous it was. Corporate store says WHO? You with a black marker? I don’t see it anywhere on the screen saying it’s a corporate store so how do I know you’re right

You look like Trump filling in with a marker that the hurricanes going to hit Alabama....

BECAUSE ONLY CORPORATE STORES CAN DO STORE PICKUP...  Authorized retailers can't as ATT does not know there stock levels.

Sorry just ridiculous still. *****

Plus that information is NOT intuitive whatsoever and that information is also NOT advertised or SHOWN or PRINTED anywhere and as I say even the representatives when you call don’t know

So my point is, don’t bust in on the scene acting like it’s sooooooo obvious to everyone and make your post like “I had the same issue and I found a trick around it” or “hey, this is what you have to do  as a workaround“

@Plumber101010   It’s 9 months later, and now your back being rude.  What’s up with that?

The picture shows an arrow pointing to the Blue ellipse and the words “Corp store”.   How hard is that?

I feel your pain.  I've been trying to do the same thing in the DFW area and NO ONE has any clue.  The only thing I was told was to look on the front door... that will tell me if it is a corporate store or not.  This means driving around to EVERY FREAKING location to find out.  I'm beyond (Edited per community guidelines) off now.

I’m in the same situation, I’m needing one for a screen repair and nobody can find one for me either. Then Assurion tells me they will just mail me a new phone for $200 instead of the $29 for a screen repair. Yeah, thanks but no thanks. I think Assurion is a joke for all you pay for coverage and then can’t use it. I’m cancelling it and AT&T just as soon as I can.

You can visit an AT&T corporate owned store or an AT&T Authorized Retailer store, and both can help you with all your AT&T needs. You can locate the store closest to you here.

Purchased a replacement phone for my wife who has ATT cell phone service. The local ATT Authorized dealer said they can't turn on new phone or even sell me a replacement phone and set it up.

Went to local Target who has a "corporate" kiosk within the electronics department.  problem is no one ever there and Target manager say's they don't work for Target and do not tell target when they will be in.

Had the replacement phone since Christmas and can not get it turned on.
