Lied to by an AT&T employee ?

At&t SUCKS!!!! I was quoted a certain price by an employee by the name of Esther!! To make a long story short...had my cell number ported to them they lied about what my bill would be after about an hour and a half tried to go back to cricket and they charged me 52.00 to port my number back!! I'm super mad I feel since it was their associate that wasn't knowledgeable about the product enough I feel that they should have to refund me my 50.00 bucks!!
