IMO indirect mobility discount
I am a indirect sales employee who doesn’t have a att account manager. My IMO was deactivated the IMO accounts against third parties. I have attempted both
HR and also ATT billing and customer support about the issue with the resolve coming against contacting a field account manager that my area no longer has. Any attempt to login to my IMO portal says “the account has been marked as inactive, please contact your field manager for further assistance” which again I do not have. As my work email, which is the first step in employee varification, has already been used I cannot reapply for authentication. I am really looking for a solution that would allow me to reverify my employment and position with att to show my eligibility.
