If you log into your online account it will tell you what service you have signed up for, the limits if any for that service, how much you will be paying for that service. There is something called a customer service summary which outlines everything.
Not clear on what "benefits" you're referring to. If you are an AT&T wireless customer, then 800-331-0500 or chat on att.com can assist in reviewing your account, plan and features. If you are a DirecTV or AttTv customer, call 800-288-2020 to review your services.

There are no benefits other than what is provided by ATT Thanks but they aren’t much.
