Unfortunately no. AT&T's privacy policy will not allow you to have any access to pay on someone else's debt. They will not even discuss it with you
AT&T's unpaid device policy does not allow a phone to be used on a different account if it is not paid off.
Phones that are being financed can only be used on the account that is financing the phone. Return the phone, get your money back
