Getting phone records from 2017
I need to get copies of my phone records from Jan-Oct 2017 but when I called they were unable to access. They could only get what I already had access to on my online Account. Any one know how this can be done?

you have to call and request detailed billing reprints they are 5 dollars per month of billing and the mail you paper copies they are not available that far back online

According to the person I spoke to, even paper bills are unavailable. I was told 2017 was unavailable

Try again, whoever you talked to was wrong unless you have prepaid. You need to ask for bill reprints. ATT keeps those for 7 years.
