There is a 10% AARP discount of some plans or services. I get 10% off my wireless data plan
There is a senior plan, but it is limited, for basic phones only and more expensive than some plans with unlimited calling, I can't recommend it.

The only discount available is if you are an AARP member you can get 10% off your wireless data plan. There is no discount for internet service.
