customer complaint

How does one file a complaint about an agent who was inappropriate and extremely rude on the phone?  Can't find any way to do this.

I am writing to make a claim of theft, fraud, and misrepresentation. The facts are as follows: 1. On May 6th, 2016, I walked into an AT&T Authorized retailor owned and operated by “Spring Mobile” whose headquarters are located at 155 North 400 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84103, for the purposes of inquiring about obtaining wireless services as well as to inquire about AT&T incentives to “switch”, which means to port my cellular phone number over from another carrier. 2. I was a customer in good standing with T-Mobile with two lines of active service and two premium handset devices. 3. While at the store, Dylan *****, the store manager at the Spring Mobile located at Countryside Mall | 727.216.6456 , 27001 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL 33761, did engage in misrepresentation and theft, contrary to Federal Trade Commission Act Section 5: Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices, by deliberately and intentionally depriving me of any benefit that could have been realized by myself for trading in my devices from the previous carrier (LG G4, and HTC M7 Smartphones); indicating to me that the phones had been traded in and that I had received the benefit of a trade allowance towards my purchase, as well as eligibility for the “switcher rebate “which promised to pay off any liability resulting from terminating my relationship with -Mobile. 4. Dylan *****, on behalf of Spring Mobile, engaged in theft by not recording the transaction involving the “trade in” of both of my devices, and recording only one device (Tracking # *****), thereby terminating my eligibility to benefit from the “Switcher Program” and creating a liability in the amount of $700 (T-Mobile), as well as negative marks on my consumer report. 5. Young America, located at 10 S 5th St Ste 7, Minneapolis, MN, 55402, did, through gross negligence, and with the intent to deprive me of any benefit, misappropriated my traded devices by not recording receipt of traded devices and did not use due dilligence in resolving this matter. 6. Young America did not communicate with AT&T nor did they communicate with me regarding the missing device(s), further delaying the processing of switcher rebate, and further contributing to the delinquency and negative marks on my account. 7. AT&T, with headquarters at 208 S. Akard St. Dallas TX 75202, had established an “Agency” relationship with Spring Mobile, LLC and Young America, LLC. 8. The Law of Agency states that a principal is exposed to tort liability whenever a third person sustains a loss due to the agent’s (Spring Mobile, LLC) misrepresentation. 9. Various and excessive contacts with AT&T, Spring Mobile, LLC, as well as the rebate processor Young America has been ineffective in resolving this matter. I am demanding that AT&T pay off my fee’s to T-Mobile which resulted from their agents misrepresentation. To whom it may concern. I went to a authorize ATT dealer and I upgraded to LG V30 and bought some accessories The store manager gave me a 25% discount on accessories because I am a veteran so why got home and checked my Bank account and found my account was debited twice one was for the accessories for49.95 The other debit was not off the rise it was for DIRECTV now that I did not authorize, when I went Store to talk to the manager he said that’s only way he can get the discount. That is dishonest really against the law to debit my credit card without my permission and there’s no paperwork on it but I have the Bank proof. Thank you Mike Weber. My contact number is ***
