Can't Unlock Samsung Galaxy Tab E because of NumberSync
I put in a request to unlock my tablet, which was approved, but I'm having a problem with completing the unlock. I have to dial a number and enter the unlock code to unlock it. But, NumberSync isn't working, so I can't use dial to complete the unlock. I login to my ATT account, then receive a text saying that additional security has been added to NumberSync and I have to reply to the text with the passphrase they send and then login again. So, I do that and still get an error.
Is there any other way to complete the unlock? Or get NumberSync to work?

That does not work on a tablet. The only way to complete the unlock is to insert a non-AT&T Sim card into the Sim slot. This will get you the pop-up box to enter the unlock code.
