Can my Prepaid account be paid with autopay on the same date every month?
I have a prepaid account that comes due on the 29th of the month would like to set up auto pay but I'm on a fixed income so do I have to suspend my account until the 3rd of the month to insure that it comes out of my checking account on that date

Then you can’t use autopay. There is no way to use autopay and have it be on the same day each month. Prepaid plans are 30 days, the renew date will change in any month that does not have exactly 30 days.

Put a total of $30 on my prepaid phone made a call and went to check my plan and realized by mistake my plan was changed tried to change back now it took my money and I have no service
