Caller ID displays WRONG name and AT&T employees are too lazy and inept to fix the problem.

I have spend numerous hours to get this corrected and it is not resolved.   I have resorted to taking pictures on my cell phone to show numerous AT&T CHATS have not resolved this problem.  AT&T employees will not provide a case number because they don't want their name associated with a PROBLEM that has NOT been resolved by them or any previous AT&T employee.  I have already gone to my account to check the name being displayed and it is correct there, so DON'T tell me that is the problem !

I no longer have combined billing and was told to call combined billing to correct the problem and when I did they told me they would ESCALATE the problem...but guess what??  Nothing was done then either !

Rather than go on exhaustively about AT&T's employees failures... would you explain in simple terms what is happening? (e.g.  Someone else's name is appearing by your phone number when you call others, your name is appearing by someone else's number when they call others, the wrong name is appearing by a phone number when you receive a call )

When I call a land line the wrong name shows up on the caller ID. That should be simple to fix right ?

Can someone at AT&T please check to see if my account is connected to my ex's SS number ???  He was an AT&T employee and at one time I had combined billing.  

PLEASE HELP ME, I can't stand to think that his last name shows up when I call someone!  Please could someone help me with this ?????
