AT&T wireless call history number search

From your AT&T Wireless online account, billing statements, etc, how do you search on a number, to find when it was called or called you? Is there an actual query feature? Or is this a matter of combing every monthly statement? This is not a recent event, either.

Thank you,
AdrienneBlue

Hi @adrienneblue

I’d be happy to help with your call record search! Whilst there is not a way to query the records to find a specific record, there is a way which would not require looking through your full statements/bills. Click here and login to head to the usage for your account. Then scroll down to the line the call was made from/received and click the blue link in the Talk column. You will then see records for all calls on that line.

You can switch between bill cycles using the drop down menu at the top, and can also search by contact number. This should help find the information you need as quickly as possible!

Thanks,

Charise
