AT&T postpaid SIM expired, account still active/shows no outage or issue?
I am traveling abroad and bought/have been using a digital travel SIM (through Orange Travel). My AT&T SIM and account are still being paid for/used and I made no changes to my AT&T plan. I received a notification that my AT&T number/SIM expired -- this was exactly 60 days after I left/started using the digital SIM. I'm not receiving texts or calls through my AT&T number, and I didn't intend to make any changes to my AT&T service, I thought I'd just put it on pause and use it when I returned home. I return home in 10 days and would love my SIM. What happened and what can I do?

I’ve never heard of a sim expiring, how exactly did you “put it on pause”? In any event, if the sim was deactivated, you’ll need to visit an ATT store for a replacement SIM card when you return.
