AT&T Fixed Wireless outage problems

I live in rural Georgia and have AT&T Fixed Wireless. We got AT&T in October after having no luck with other companies and so far it had been great…until four days ago. It keeps going out and for the few hours a day it does work it is BEYOND SLOW. My bill is paid, I haven’t gone over my data usage. I’ve unplugged router twice and it’ll work (SLOWLY) for a brief amount of time before going out again. The robot chat thing on here was ZERO help. I tried calling support but was on hold for half an hour before giving up. 
my brother lives next door and has his own AT&T Fixed Wireless service and they’re having the same issues. His wife was on the phone for hours yesterday, talked to two different people, had the service reset remotely and theirs worked for an hour before going out again. 
I feel like I’m losing my mind here and don’t know what else to do! Our service has literally NEVER gone out before, not even during severe thunderstorms. My mom is homebound with stage 4 cancer, all she does is stream shows on Netflix, Hulu, etc. We really need our internet fixed 😩

there’s two blinky green lights on the router one that says Wifi and one that says Broadband 1. Idk if these are the correct lights to be on or if they’re supposed to be blinking or not. Does anyone have any ideas of anything else I can try?
