Are you guys ever be without lies

At&t loyalty dept lies about availability of personal hotspot for at&t unlimited value and get me out of a grandfather plan which will never be able to go back to. Seriously, loyalty dept is loyal anyway here?????????

How many more lies on discounts i had to hear afterwards which are never applied.

What grandfathered plan were you on? Have you looked at the current available unlimited plans?

The unlimited Value plan is 968 gigs of un priòrtised data. to share.

No hotspot is allowed on that plan.

You want one of the published plans WITH hotspot. Elite is allowing signature discounts, which make the price about the same as Extra. It should serve your needs, and still undercut tye legacy plan.
