Alcatel 4052r flip phone won't download or view MMS
I recieve MMS messages (text only, multiple recipients) and my Alcatel 4052r flip phone doesn't download the message. I recieve the MMS and it says that i "you recieved a multimedia messag. you can use the link below to download its content until X date.: "Network failure. Thet network has some problems, please check it first".
I have tried turning the phone off and on.
I have tried connecting to wifi networks, none of them fixed the problem.
Any suggestions? My old 3g flip phone from 2015 could view these text-only MMS messages as I tried it, but not this newer 4g flip phone. Help please!

We'll need additional information in order to find out what's going on. Please let us know how long you've been experiencing this, whether your device is up to date with the latest software, and if you are able to receive standard SMS text messages and calls. If you aren't able to receive regular texts/calls, then provide your zip code so we can make sure you aren't experiencing a service interruption.
Aside from these questions, you can also use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool for basic troubleshooting. Sign in to personalize your experience. Once your device is selected, you can choose Messaging beneath Service issues. Follow the steps, and let us know if this helps!
