Accounts receivable/customer service

While speaking to a gentlemen in accounts receivable he was asked to disconnect our direct TV and set up payment arrangements for our wireless service . Instead of taking care of this request he became obsessed with the direct TV equipment. When he was redirected to disconnecting the service and setting up payments he decided to hang up and not set up payments or disconnect the direct TV service. I have never had such poor customer service. Now I know for sure I made the right decision to disconnect all of my AT & T services.
I would like to have corporates address or phone number.

Those are two different departments.   

BTW once you cancel cell service, you cannot "set up payments".  The bill is due in full.  If you don't make payments it would be sent to collections is about 60 days.  

If you don't return Direct TV boxes, you are billed for those.  Call direct TV and set up the return of equipment by requesting boxes.
