Hi @npd521,
If you've legally had your name changed you can call customer care at 611 to get assistance with changing your name. Documentation may be required.
If you want to change the name to someone else's name, you'll need to do a Transfer of Billing Responsibility (ToBR). Info about how to start that process is here: https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/wireless/KM1045265
