Access to AT&T account from overseas

Why is "access denied"?

Account access is purposely blocked from most locations abroad. You need to call the international support number for help, it’s a free call from your mobile phone.

Please know that account access my be restricted while traveling/residing overseas. As sandblaster mentioned, you would need to contact our International Support Team:

• AT&T Postpaid from abroad: +1.314.925.6925 available 24/7 (FREE from mobile phone)
• AT&T Prepaid from abroad: +1.408.962.1025 available 24/7 (FREE from mobile phone)
