Accepting terms and conditions
I just recently got off the phone with customer service and towards the end, I was told I needed to accept terms and conidtions. But I can seem to find the link for it for my replacement phone. Where do I find this?

Generally when you need to accept terms and conditions after a phone call, AT&T will send a link to the email address on file. Have you checked that?
