Smartwatch Sport from LG

Hello , i'm from Germany and on my Vacation to the States i bought a " unlocked " LG smartwatch Sport and now back home it won't work with my SIM Card. It tells me that i need At&t . We don't have At&t here in Germany.But that's why I bought a unlocked one. What can I do? Thanks for reaching out over the Community Forums!  Having this message pop up on your LG smartwatch can be concerning, and I would be happy to assist.  Let’s get started!


At this time, we do not have the option to unlock wearables like your smartwatch.  One really great resource for finding out what this message is coming from is reaching out to LG via their website.  They also have a live chat option available if you prefer.


For AT&T smartphones, mobile hotspots, or tablets; the Device Unlock Portal is a fantastic one-stop destination for any requests.  Once you reach the page, you will need the device’s IMEI, a current email address, and any account details required.  You can also fill out the request as a Non-AT&T Customer.
