samsung gear s2 battery drain

i have a new samsung gear s2 (one week)

and the battery drain so fast like 1.5-2 hours 

need help please

Fast battery drain is always an annoying issue, especially on something as cool as your watch!  We do have some options which will help you out.  Please look into these next steps to try.


Please feel free to visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Here, you choose your Phone Manufacturer > then choose Wearables tab and then your Device > under Device/Software issues, please choose Power and battery.  Here, you can follow a troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your device! 



You can also click here for device tutorials on how to perform the master reset.  You will first choose your device and then click on the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, you choose Troubleshooting on the left side column > Choose Reset Device in order to perform a factory reset.  If you have another charging dock, I would suggest to try it as well to see if it will help.
