AT&T Fails to Deliver Again!!!

I purchased three Fitbit Charge 2s in July 2017. AT&T charged my credit card so I assumed my Fitbits would be shipped. However, they never were. I instead got an email saying that if I didn't contact them by August 3rd, my order would be automatically cancelled. I called them before August 3rd TWICE after I received the email. I also called them about once a week since then. Currently, I have over 5 hours of "Customer Service" in on this topic. Eventually, the "pending charge" cleared from my card. However, since these Fitbits were gifts for my wife and kids, I told the representatives that I wanted to continue waiting for new stock. I was assured that my order would not be cancelled and that they expected new stock "soon" and they would notify me when they shipped. On September 8th, I received another email from AT&T. This time they cancelled my order and the reason they gave me: "BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU...".  Are you kidding me AT&T? Is your "Customer Service" so bad that you have no idea that I've spent 5 hours of my time on the phone with you???  I called "Customer Service" again and spoke to 8 different reps (it seems they didn't really know what department should handle this situation). Eventually, I was told I could talk to a Supervisor but because it was off hours, they would have to call me back. Well it's been THREE DAYS and I have not heard a peep from a Supervisor or anyone else for that matter. I have been a DirecTV Customer for 20 years and have the Premier Package. I am in the process of cancelling my service. I want nothing to do with AT&T. Good luck to all of you that are still stuck with them!

Hey Laura G at ATTCares. Hey Jonathan at ATTBusinessForums. And I didn't forget you either James, AT&T Community Specialist. None of you have helped me resolve this issue. Laura and Jonathan, both of you sent me a private message looking for more info. I responded to both of you and now you've totally disappeared (no response whatsoever). I WANT A PHONE CALL FROM ONE OF YOU AND I WANT TO TALK ABOUT MY ORDER!!!  This is absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced, first with the phone calls to support, now with this ridiculous community where people ask for your order number and then you never hear from them again. ARE YOU GOING TO HELP ME OR NOT???

I am happy to report that I was WRONG about AT&T. It took awhile but they finally came through and delivered my three Fitbit Charge 2s. Special thanks to Jonathan, AT&T Community Specialist for his help in getting this done.
