UVerse Online Guide - No Data After Sep 18

The Online UVerse TV Guide (http://uverse.com/uv/guide) shows programming about 2 wks ahead of the current date.

 

A few days ago I noticed the Guide goes BLANK starting at 6:30pm CT on Sun Sep 18. This has happened in the past but usually resolves in a day or so... but it's been 3 days now & the schedule is blank thru Sep 20.

 

AT&T: please resolve!

That happened to my so I restarted the receiver and everything was there.  I do not know what happened but you have to restart all your receivers.  If that does not solve the problem then you would have to call. AT&T.

I rebooted the residential gateway & both receivers but nothing has changed.

 

As I said, this has happened a few times before & resolved itself in a day or so -- calls to AT&T have not fixed the problem in the past, so I suppose I'll just have to 'wait it out'...

Now that I re-read your reply, I wonder if we're talking different things:

 

My issue is with the Online TV Guide, not the 'on screen' TV Guide. That is fine. It's the

http://uverse.com/uv/guide

site that does not have the information.

 

I've edited my original post to reflect this clarification.

So I broke down & called "Tech Suppport"... it took 28 minutes to get A.J. to understand exactly what the issue was; he confirmed the Online Guide data is blank after Sep 18 but was COMPLETELY unable to help. He said he would transfer me to someone 'technical' who could assist -- and I ended up talking to a woman who didn't speak the English too well and eventually transfered me -- to ATT Cellular Telephone Support...where I promptly gave up after 48 minutes.

 

Back to 'waiting it out'...

Another 45 mins w. tech support got the answer: "the network guys are doing maintenance on the website. Hopefully it will be fixed soon."

I'm already dealing w/ATT Customer Care on this issue on uverse.com Guide still only going upto 9/18 8 pm ET.  They have said they are aware and searching a fix for it.

 

My Guide on the TV is OK. 😉

I followed the link in the first post and was able to see up to and including 9/26 which would be 2 weeks.

 

Either it's been fixed or it's a problem for only some customers.
