U-verse app “unexpected login error, please try again”
The U-verse app keeps failing with an “unexpected login error, please try again”. Happens on both my iPad and iPhone. Also tried the U-verse online through the web browser, and get a server error. I have tried to login several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, Power on reset both iPad and iPhone, no change. Btw - iPhone 6s is iOS 13.5.1 and iPad Air is 12.4.7. Both stopped working on 6/6/2020.

Was experiencing this issue. Problem is resolved with iphone 11.
Tech support said it was a network problem.

Correction - app and online stopped working when I tried on Friday, 6/5/2020. Also tried uverseonline via the web on my WIN10 laptop, could not find server, like it’s a DNS problem.
