Uverse App not working

I am having trouble getting the uverse app to work, have tried on multiple devices.  It'll say wrong user name and password, when it is not, and then when I use it again (or reset it and use it) its says Uverse mobile temporarily unavailable - but it has been days like that, has never worked.  Can you help?  thanks
